The roadmap identifies the barriers holding women back, highlights the opportunities available, and sets out clear actions for educators, employers, policymakers and communities to take.
USW's Wales Women in STEM Network, led by Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr Louise Bright, shares our belief that Wales cannot afford to leave women out of its digital future. We're excited to continue growing this partnership and driving real, lasting change together.
